In Group F of the Champions League, it’s excitement until the end. The first minutes following the start of the second half were full of emotions.
Because Newcastle United led against AC Milan at halftime, Paris was eliminated. A win against Borussia Dortmund was now a must, but in the 51st minute, Karim Adeyemi made it 1-0 for the Black and Yellows.
While PSG corrected the score five minutes later – Warren Zaire-Emery equalized – Christian Pulisic brought the score to 1-1 in the parallel game (59th).
In this constellation, Dortmund would be group winners and PSG would advance to the round of 16 as second in the standings. But there will certainly be no certainty in this group until after the final whistle.
