Victim of an impressive injury Wednesday against Monaco (4-2) in Ligue 1, Paris Saint-Germain fullback Gianluigi Donnarumma (25 years old, 12 matches in L1 this season) was two years old, three days after the match, facing Wilfried Singo’s crampons.
“The doctors said he was fine and that he had no pain,” reassured Parisian coach Luis Enrique this Saturday at a press conference. “It’s really not a pretty injury to look at. There are no consequences for him, but he was very lucky that the impact did not hit his eye,” continued the Spaniard.
PSG also competed in Italy, which participated in the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France Lens (9 p.m.).
