Southampton FC will be strengthened for the next two and a half years with Croatian World Cup bronze medalist Mislav Orsic. Saints officially announced the signing of the 30-year-old winger from GNK Dinamo Zagreb on Friday night after the transfer had been pending for the past few days.

For Orsic, whose market value is €10m, the Premier League club are paying a base fee of around €6.8m, according to ‘The Athletic’. This could increase with bonuses.
