SV Sandhausen reinforces the attack with David Otto. The 24-year-old, who comes from FC St. Pauli, is the 15th signing of the team relegated from the second division. Otto moved from TSG Hoffenheim to FC St. Pauli last summer, but never rose above the role of wildcard. In 29 games for Hamburg, the striker has scored three times.
“With David Otto, we are committed to high quality that will drive us forward. David comes from the region and was able to show what he can do in the 2nd division,” said sporting director Matthias Imhof. Coach Danny Galm added: « We’ve had David on our radar for a long time, he’s an absolute dream player. He fits into the team with character and will strengthen our offense. We’re delighted he picked us and that St. Pauli easily accepted the move.
