Like last summer, Captain Dominik Reimann (27) extended his contract early at the 1st FC Magdeburg. The goalkeeper of the bentry came from Holstein Kiel to FCM four years ago, for which he played 143 games since then, in which he remained without conceding 37 times. Meanwhile, Reimann has increased its market value from 225,000 to one million euros.
« Dome has quickly become a regular player and a better interpreter in FCM in recent years. He has matured as a personality and next to the place and an absolute leader. We are impatient to continue a successful cooperation together, » said sports director Otmar Schork. Reimann added: « I am very happy to continue playing 1. FC Magdeburg. The extension is also a sign of the way I feel comfortable at FCM and in the city. The club is something special for me. »
